We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Helper to support skilled tradespeople on various construction and renovation projects. This dual-role position involves assisting carpenters and painters by preparing job sites, handling materials, performing basic tasks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, follows instructions well, and is capable of performing physical labor in a fast-paced setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:CARPENTRY ASSISTANCE:

• Carry and organize materials, tools, and supplies for carpenters.
• Assist with measuring, cutting, and assembling wood or other materials.
• Hold materials in place for fastening or cutting.
• Help build and install walls, frames, partitions, stairs, and other structures.
• Clean and maintain carpentry tools and work areas.

GENERAL DUTIES:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and use PPE as required.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials.
• Perform other general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors.
