JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Helper with prior experience on construction sites to assist in various site operations. The role involves supporting skilled workers, maintaining site cleanliness, handling materials, and performing basic manual labor tasks to ensure smooth project progress.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction site work.
• Physical fitness and ability to handle manual labor tasks.
• Basic understanding of construction tools and materials.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.

EDUCATION:

• No formal education required; basic literacy is an advantage.

• Assist skilled workers (masons, carpenters, electricians, etc.) in day-to-day activities.
• Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
• Prepare and clean work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
• Transport tools, materials, and supplies across the construction site.
• Perform basic manual tasks such as mixing cement, digging, or lifting materials as instructed.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors.
