Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Helper to join our team at Mister Baker. The Helper will assist in various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the bakery. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a bakery, kitchen, or similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Help in the preparation and assembly of bakery products, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards.
• Assist in receiving and stocking inventory of ingredients and supplies.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces after use.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Assist in packaging and labeling bakery products for customer orders.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety and quality of products.
