Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive House Porter to join our housekeeping team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the smooth operation of our hotel by assisting in the delivery of cleanliness and comfort. As a House Porter, you will work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure our guests receive the highest standards of service

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness in all public areas and back of house spaces.
  • Assist in the transportation and delivery of guest luggage and amenities to rooms.
  • Maintain cleanliness in corridors. elevators and other hotel facilities.
  • Handle, store and distribute linen and supplies to designated areas.
  • Assist housekeeping with the set up and organization of supplies.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to any requests or inquiries from hotel staff and guests.
  • Ensure safety standards and cleanliness are up help in all areas of responsibility.
