Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of meals and ingredients, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Support chefs with cooking tasks, including chopping, mixing, and cooking various dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Help with catering events by preparing food items according to specific menus and dietary requirements.
  • Serve meals to customers or clients as required, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages to the kitchen manager.
