Description
The General Labor position is responsible for supporting production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role requires the ability to read and follow a sequence of instructions and perform a variety of manual and machine-assisted tasks. Key responsibilities include: * Read and follow work instructions accurately. * Lift up to 20 lbs. as needed during the shift. * Push two buttons simultaneously using both hands to operate equipment safely. * Grip and install small clips as part of the assembly process. * Use hands or feet to activate machinery. * Enter quality measurements using a computer tablet. * Use simple gauges to verify part specifications. * Listen carefully, follow directions, and maintain attention to detail. * Demonstrate respect and teamwork with fellow employees.
