General Laborer Company: Blue Line Drywall Location: Based out of North Brunswick, NJ (travel to various job sites) Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary Blue Line Drywall is looking for a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support our drywall installation crews on residential and commercial projects. This position is based out of our North Brunswick office, with daily travel to various job sites throughout the region. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities Assist drywall installers and foremen with daily job site tasks Load, unload, and transport drywall materials and tools Prepare and organize job sites before and during projects Assist with measuring, cutting, and positioning drywall when needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites Remove debris and properly dispose of construction materials Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on schedule Requirements Reliable transportation or a personal truck required for traveling to job sites Ability to lift and carry materials up to 75 lbs Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods Strong work ethic and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and work well on a team Comfortable working at various job sites throughout the area Preferred Qualifications Experience in drywall, framing, or general construction Familiarity with power tools and hand tools OSHA safety training (a plus) Benefits Competitive hourly pay (16-25/hr) Opportunities for overtime On-the-job training and skill development Opportunities for advancement within the company
