Job Details Job Location: New Bloomington, OH Position Type: Full Time Education Level: Not Specified Salary Range: Undisclosed Job Shift: Days Job Category: General Labor Description Main Responsibilities: Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds Properly load/unload trucks Operate various equipment Perform minor maintenance and greasing of equipment Assist with cleaning of bins and silos Assist with outbound and inbound agronomy products (some locations) Ensure Safety compliance at all times. Document or log maintenance of any/all equipment Assist with measure and counting of inventory of dry and liquid fertilizers, NH3, lime, and chemicals. Provide courteous customer service. Operate all equipment & vehicles according to COFC policy and procedure along with all local, state, and federal laws. All other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Qualifications Must have good attendance Must have a good attitude and encourage others to have a good attitude Must be safety minded and follow all safety rules provided by the Company, Local, State and Federal entities Must be able to meet and work with strict deadlines Must possess a strong attention to detail Must have good communication skills Initiative to work independently and also in a team environment Adaptable, self-starter, dependable Must be able to work outside in all weather Must have an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than two (2) points on record. No DUI's or OVI's in the past five years Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
