Job Title: General Laborer $15.00 to $20/Hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of manual tasks to assist in day-to-day operations, ensuring that the worksite is organized, clean, and safe. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and products.
• Operate basic hand tools and power equipment (training will be provided).
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the worksite, including sweeping, organizing, and ensuring safety standards.
• Assist with assembly, packaging, and inventory tasks as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with setting up or tearing down equipment and materials for various projects.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leads.

Qualifications:

• Previous general labor or construction experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials..
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools and equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Safety-conscious and able to maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
