Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation and cleaning of surfaces prior to coating application - Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment in the work area - Operate basic tools and machinery safely and efficiently - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace - Support coating application processes under supervision - Perform routine quality checks and report any issues - Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed Skills and Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety - Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods - Basic understanding of industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus - Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing priorities At ECOAT.US, we foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that values growth and development.
