We do it in a genuine way because we genuinely believe we’re a pretty amazing company.  Responsibilities * Packing of various products in a timely and safe manner, maintaining highest quality standard  * Communicate with Machine Operator or Shift Supervisor on any quality or safety concerns  * Assist Machine Operator in controlling code dates, expiration dates, stickers and any item unique to product specifications  * Assist operator in controlling product quality, contamination, weight control and line efficiency  * Will do general cleaning of production areas during change overs  * Perform all sanitation duties needed at the line/lines  * Follows GMP and Safety standards  * Will perform all other duties assigned by your supervisor  * Individuals must be able to read, write and understand English.  Qualification * Excellent oral & good written communication skills * Previous work experience demonstrating dependability * Self-motivated, independent worker with attention to detail * Ability to work in a team environment * Good decision and problem-solving skills * Good organization and planning skills * Demonstrated flexibility and proven coping skills Benefits * Holiday pay * Paid Time Off, with an additional day for your birthday! * Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance * FSA, Medical & Dependent Care * Short Term & Long Term Disability * Life Insurance * Pet Insurance * 401K with company match
