Description $17 per hour to start $19 per hour once Tech Level III is reached Who we are: Onsite Safety was born out of a simple premise – to save lives. Onsite offers a starting wage of $17.00 per hour, which includes opportunities for bonuses and overtime pay. As team members progress in their careers, reaching Tech Level III, they can expect an increase in their hourly wage to $19.00 per hour. We are committed to creating a safe and supportive work environment while providing opportunities for career growth and development for our team Requirements What you will do as a Service Technician: Install safety posts and rails to secure job sites from hazards Record inventory and close out job orders on electronic devices Communicate with dispatch to increase routing efficiencies Maintain and use work trucks to company standards What we will do for you: Provide necessary OSHA training Provide tools for work Provide company trucks to go to and from job sites Provide an opportunity to promote and build a future in the safety industry Provide a culture of growth and accountability to help you succeed during your time with us What you will get as a Service Technician: 7 paid holidays 2 weeks (10 days) of paid time off, accrued in the first year Medical, dental, and vision 401k match up to 4% (after 1 year) $17 per hour (Tech I) $18 per hour (Tech II) $19 per hour (Tech III) Weekends and holidays off What you will need: Proficiency in using mobile apps Valid driver’s license with 3 years of verifiable driving experience Team player, adept at working in a fast-paced and diverse work environment Willingness to work until the job is completed Our Team Members have the opportunity to grow and excel in their leadership and in their personal lives, as we strive for excellence in everything we do and teach the skills necessary to accomplish our goals.
