As you progress from Tech Level 1 to Tech Level 3, you’ll demonstrate your knowledge through hands-on training, assessments, and quality assurance checks. Checking off these milestones is your path to a promotion and a pay increase of up to $17.00 per hour. We’re committed to your success with comprehensive on-the-job training to get you up to speed. Requirements Who you are: You are interested in beginning or growing your knowledge within a construction trade, with a willingness to develop hands-on skills and build a strong foundation for your career. You are comfortable working independently when given clear direction and can take initiative to complete tasks effectively. You value professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality, with strong attention to detail and a willingness to develop your administrative skills.
