As you progress from Tech Level 1 to Tech Level 3, you’ll demonstrate your knowledge through hands-on training, assessments, and quality assurance checks. Checking off these milestones is your path to a promotion and a pay increase of up to $17.00 per hour. We’re committed to your success with comprehensive on-the-job training to get you up to speed. Requirements Who you are: You are interested in beginning or growing your knowledge within a construction trade, with a willingness to develop hands-on skills and build a strong foundation for your career. You are comfortable working independently when given clear direction and can take initiative to complete tasks effectively.
