Join us and we will teach you! You will learn about meat processing, sausage making, labeling, boxing, and palletizing. We will train you on how to follow our food safety rules and how to use the equipment. You will work in 40 degrees, because like the rest of us in the northern Midwest, meat likes it cold (until grilled).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Be here on time and as scheduled.
• Willing to learn and follow our packaging processes.
• Be safe! Watch out for yourself and co-workers and follow our food safety rules.
• Positive Attitude – makes everyone’s day better, including yours!
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Computer skills
• Manufacturing experience is preferred
