Description BuzzBallz (www.buzzballz.com) is seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our production team. In this role, you will perform various tasks on the production floor to support beverage manufacturing, packaging, and facility operations. You’ll be essential to maintaining smooth, efficient, and safe production processes. Responsibilities & Duties Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods Support production lines by feeding materials, operating auxiliary equipment, and performing simple machine tasks Perform repetitive production tasks such as filling, capping, labeling, packaging, or inspection under supervision Help maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production environment, including waste removal and housekeeping Conduct basic preventative maintenance (cleaning, lubrication) on assigned equipment and notify maintenance as needed Follow all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and report hazards or safety concerns immediately Assist with packing, palletizing, and preparing finished goods for shipment Participate in training, cross-functional tasks, and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements Requirements & Qualifications: Prior experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift (up to 50 lbs or as required) for extended periods Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to follow processes and instructions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take direction from supervisors Basic math skills and ability to count, measure, and record data Effective communication skills—both verbal and written Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed Nice-to-Have / Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) – helpful when coordinating with diverse teams Experience in the beverage, CPG, or food/drink production environment Familiarity with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, or quality systems
