This opportunity is Monday – Friday, business hours but does require flexibility and on-call rotations every 4 – 5 weeks. Overtime work as needed. Flexible scheduling. Work typically starts at 7:30. End times vary, night, weekend and overtime are required as needed.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning – Residential & Commercial – Fire & Water Damage
Demolition – Removal of damaged building materials
Lifting – Moving & setting up equipment - up to 75lbs
Basic computer/App skills

Vacation –
1st year= 1 week (1 week equals five 8-hour days)
2nd- 4th year= 2 weeks

This opportunity $20 - 22/hr to start.

18 or older
Valid WA State Driver’s License with a good driving record
Ability to pass criminal background check & illegal substances drug screen
