Position Summary: AAA United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Fenton, MI who specializes in custom steel fabrication, modular building systems, and HVAC-related engineering solutions for a variety of industrial sectors. Essential Functions: Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Assist with assembly, fabrication, and general production tasks Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Work with team members and supervisors to complete tasks on time Perform other general labor duties as assigned Requirements Ability to read and understand blueprints or technical drawings Previous experience in manufacturing Experience using hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed Good communication and teamwork skills Physical ability to lift, carry, and perform manual labor tasks
