This is an entry-level position with no prior manufacturing experience required. We hire for attitude and train for skill. Depending on production needs, you may be placed in one or more areas of our operation, including product assembly, sheet metal fabrication, component pre-assembly, order picking and pulling, or packing and shipping. We’ll match you to the work that fits best and invest in your growth from day one.   What You’ll Do * Assemble products or sub-components using hand and power tools * Support sheet metal fabrication and component pre-assembly operations * Pick, pull, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment * Follow work orders, blueprints, and supervisor direction accurately * Work toward daily and weekly production goals safely and efficiently * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area * Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures What We’re Looking For * A positive attitude and willingness to learn; this is our top priority * Dependability: strong attendance and punctuality * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stay on your feet throughout the shift * Ability to take direction and work well as part of a team * A genuine desire to do good work and take pride in the product No manufacturing experience?
