Description Bay Converting Inc. in Green Bay is actively recruiting for a General Laborer who will be responsible for the packing and stacking of the finished product involved in production. Responsibilities: Reviews schedule board and ensures the machine lines are supplied with materials needed for production. Operates forklift to move raw materials and product. Follows all safety policies and protocols. Maintains order and tidiness in the production area. Assists Machine Operators with machine changeovers and adjustments. Requirements Qualifications: One year experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferred. Basic math and measurement skills.
