POSITION SUMMARY The Entry Level General Laborer is responsible for assisting basic warehouse and production tasks under direct supervision. This role is ideal for individuals with a willingness to learn and grow within the manufacturing environment. The Entry Level General Laborer will assist in various duties, focusing on efficiency and safety. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist production departments by supporting machine operators in the production process and carrying out any tasks they assign. Assist with the loading and unloading of shipments. Assist the paint shop with duties as needed. • Support the organization and maintenance of inventory in the warehouse. • Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently. • Perform general housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean work environment. • Assist with any additional duties assigned by the Supervisor or any other leader in the company. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • High School diploma or GED preferred; experience may substitute for education. • Willingness to learn and follow directions from supervisors. • Basic math skills for measuring and inventory management. PREFERRED SKILLS • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Good communication skills. Physical • Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, repetitive motions and standing for extended periods • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
