Description Location: | Cuyahoga Falls, OH|100% Employee-Owned (ESOP) Mach3 Machine is a large precision machining company and a 100% employee-owned organization. We are currently seeking a General Laborer to support shop operations through material handling, shipping/receiving support, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. This is an entry-level, hands-on opportunity for a reliable individual with a strong work ethic and an interest in building a long-term career in manufacturing. Essential Functions: · Keep work areas and the plant clean and organized. · Contributes to team effort by collaborating and supporting the team on projects. · Regularly loads and unloads trucks with parts and materials. · Assist with general building maintenance and upkeep. · Support team members and contribute to overall shop efficiency. · Deliver and pick up parts from suppliers or other shops when required. Requirements Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, required. Ability to read and follow instructions. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with attention to detail. Continual learner: takes time to observe and learn new skills as time allows. Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
