QUALIFICATIONS;

• Basic mechanical understanding
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to measure, cut, bend, grind, drill, use hand tools/proper measuring tools
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Job requires walking, standing for long periods of time, bending, and lifting 50+ pounds
• Ability to work well with others and without direct supervision

• Working with other Motor Shop employees to assist with dismantling, making modifications, and re-assembling electric motors
• Complete all necessary paperwork to ensure proper tracking of jobs.
• Painting of motors
• Operating overhead crane, forklift and other power equipment
