This position is perfect for those who are new to the industry or looking for a stepping stone to a career in manufacturing. Our production labourers are true concrete connoisseurs! On a daily basis, you will be handling and inspecting concrete pallets. Thrive in outdoor environments: Work efficiently in various weather conditions. Pallet Handling: Assess, sort, and manage pallets with accuracy and attention to detail. Repair broken pallets: Which involves removing broken pieces of wood Inventory Management: Follow and apply proper inventory procedures, ensuring accurate reporting. Versatility: Take on additional tasks as needed, showing adaptability and a proactive attitude. Flexible Support: Provide temporary or replacement support to production or yard operations as needed, ensuring smooth service continuity. Qualifications Tool Usage: Safely operate pneumatic nailers (internal training will be provided) and other essential tools required for the position (example: hammers).
