Description Tri-State Rigging LLC is seeking a dependable and safety-focused General Laborer / Rigger to join our team in Owensboro, KY. This role supports lifting and rigging operations while performing general labor duties on construction and industrial job sites. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and committed to working safely as part of a team.Key Responsibilities Assist with crane and lifting operations by preparing, securing, guiding, and disconnecting loads Inspect and use rigging equipment such as slings, chains, shackles, and tag lines Maintain clear communication with crane operators and crew members Perform general labor tasks including site setup, cleanup, material handling, and tool use Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Follow all company safety policies, OSHA standards, and PPE requirements Participate in daily safety meetings and stop work if unsafe conditions exist Qualifications Prior experience in construction, rigging, or general labor preferred Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor and industrial environments Strong attention to safety and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and positive teamwork attitude
