Job Description Pay: $19.00/hr base + $2.00/hr shift differential = $21.00/hr total Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM (3-day weekend every week!) What You’ll Do (Your Role on the Team) As a Production Machine Operator, you’ll support daily production and help ensure every product meets Techo-Bloc’s high quality standards. You’ll work alongside machine operators and assist with key processes such as: Inspect finished product for height, shape, color, and consistency Perform quality checks and remove defective pieces as needed Rework/replace blocks to ensure every pallet is customer-ready Package finished product by adding: packaging materials top sheet labels final quality check before going to the yard Keep all products packaged neatly, safely, and securely Assist with production support tasks such as: pallet repair general maintenance support yard support other assigned tasks to keep production moving Maintain a clean work area and support plant clean-up Follow all safety practices including PPE and Lockout/Tagout procedures Qualifications What We’re Looking For We’re looking for people who show up ready to work, take pride in quality, and enjoy working as part of a strong team. Required Skills/Abilities: Be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence. Be able to write simple correspondence and/or memos. Be able to work collaboratively communicating actual shop floor issues etc. Be able to perform each essential duty to company standards. Have the knowledge, skill, and/or ability to operate machinery, not Machine Operators. Be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide Be able to reason and apply common sense. Be able to handle problems and situations effectively.
