Job Description Pay: $24.25/hr ($19.25/hr base + $5 per hour shift differential for night shift) Location: Waterloo, IN Schedule: Night shift, Mon-Thur 6pm-6am What You’ll Do As a General Laborer, you’ll support daily production and help ensure every product meets Techo-Bloc’s high quality standards. You’ll work alongside machine operators and assist with key processes such as: Inspect finished product for height, shape, color, and consistency Perform quality checks and remove defective pieces as needed Rework/replace blocks to ensure every pallet is customer-ready Package finished product by adding: packaging materials top sheet labels final quality check before going to the yard Keep all products packaged neatly, safely, and securely Assist with production support tasks such as: pallet repair general maintenance support yard support other assigned tasks to keep production moving Maintain a clean work area and support plant clean-up Follow all safety practices including PPE and Lockout/Tagout procedures Qualifications What We’re Looking For We’re looking for people who show up ready to work, take pride in quality, and enjoy working as part of a strong team.
