• Must be able to do Heavy Lifting (40-50 lbs)
• Must have experience working with Electric saw
• Receive and prepare customer orders for pickup
• Accurately pick and pack orders
• Provide friendly, helpful service to customers
• Answer customer questions clearly and appropriately
• Cut lumber to customer-specified sizes (as needed)
• Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory counts
• Help load/unload deliveries and customer pickups
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Follow company safety procedures
• Support a positive and team-oriented environment
