We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our dynamic team. This role requires hands-on experience with tools and machinery, as well as the ability to follow safety protocols and work effectively in a team setting.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in manufacturing or construction environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with rigging techniques and mechanical knowledge is highly desirable.
• Skills in welding mig welding , and assembly processes are advantageous.
• Experience with forklifts, skidsteer, hand tools, and power tools will be beneficial for this role.

  Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

• Operate and maintain various types of machinery including MIG welding equipment, plasma cutting tools, and press brake machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly and construction of projects.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments such as calipers to perform tasks efficiently.
• Assist in rigging operations for lifting heavy materials using cranes or forklifts while adhering to safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members on manufacturing processes, ensuring quality standards are met throughout production.
• Perform basic math calculations for measurements and material requirements during assembly tasks.
