OVERVIEW

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. Laborers play a crucial role in ensuring that work sites are safe, organized, and efficient. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work.

SKILLS

• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow directions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact with supervisors and coworkers.
• Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed correctly and safely.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

  Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks effectively.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs as needed on equipment and tools.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
