JOB OVERVIEW

We’re searching for motivated and dependable General Laborers to join our restoration team! You’ll assist with cleanup and recovery after a fire, flood, or other property damage, as well as activities such as demolition and asbestos removal. This profession involves physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate in a team setting.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Comfortable working in dusty, dirty, or wet environments
• Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic
• Experience in construction or restoration is an asset (not required)
• Asbestos certification is a plus (but we can assist with training)
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

  Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Experience:

• General Labor: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

Licence/Certification:

• WHMIS Certification and CSTS 2020 (preferred)

• Assist with fire and flood restoration clean-up, and debris removal
• Support asbestos abatement (with proper training/PPE)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform general maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
