OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various tasks across different projects, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
We’re not about ticking boxes or demanding a string of qualifications. What we value most is:
- A clean driving licence
- Willingness to complete a DBS check (as we work on schools, prisons and other secure sites)
- A good work ethic, punctuality, and a can-do attitude!
- We work away 50-60% of the time, so you’d need to be able to commit to being away from home. We offer a bonus for working away nights. We cover all meals and decent accommodation.
A CSCS card is preferred, but if you don’t have one, we’ll help arrange it for the right person.

About you:
You don’t need GCSEs or formal qualifications - we don’t care if you didn’t pass your English Literature exams. Maybe school wasn’t your favourite place – that doesn’t matter to us. What matters is reliability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to work hard and learn. It’s best that you are based in Lancashire, and possibly close to our premises, but again, we are not set in stone.
