PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This role is physically demanding and requires the following abilities:

  • Lift up to 75 pounds safely and repeatedly
  • Work in confined spaces, climb ladders and elevated platforms
  • Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including hearing protection and specialized respiratory equipment on designated construction sites
  • Stand for extended periods of time
  • Perform repetitive movements and tasks throughout the day
  • Work in environments with extreme heat or cold
  • Tolerate high noise levels and vibrations
  • Work in conditions that may expose you to potential musculoskeletal injuries
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

In this role, you will report to the Crew Supervisor and play a hands-on part in bringing ROHL projects to life. As a Labourer, you’ll be at the heart of our construction teams—helping to shape everything from site preparation to final touches. Your work will be fast-paced, varied, and vital to keeping projects on track and running smoothly.
You’ll tackle everything from material movement and equipment operation to traffic control and safety compliance, making a real impact on project success every single day.
While responsibilities may vary by project, here’s what you can expect to take on:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract
  • The confidence and capability to work safely around energized utilities
  • Willingness to travel out of town during the week or weekends as neede
