JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support our operations, in all aspects of General Contracting, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This job involves all aspects of General contracting with regards to farm and industrial buildings, along with some residential. Duties include all aspects required daily, including carpentry, framing, concrete prep, steel roofing etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• General carpentry and experience in all aspects of General contracting a plus, but will provide training. Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards completion of jobs.
• Willingness to work at heights, and in various weather conditions and environments.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures in a labor setting is a plus.
• Safe Fall and Fall Arrest, Working at Heights course completion a plus, but can provide training.

  Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week

Work Location: In perso

• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance tasks including cleaning work areas and equipment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks effectively.
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
• Work alongside other team members to perform or assist in all aspects of General contracting. this involves farm and industrial buildings, and some residential. This includes general carpentry, framing, concrete prep, steel roofing etc.
