OVERVIEW

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. This role is essential for supporting various projects and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. As a Laborer, you will engage in a variety of physical tasks, contributing to the overall success of our operations while working collaboratively with your team members.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or similar labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Basic knowledge of safety practices in a labor environment is a plus
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed

• Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials
• Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools as required
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors
