JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support construction and maintenance projects. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment. The Labourer will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is advantageous but not essential.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
• Strong physical fitness to handle demanding tasks throughout the day.

• Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites, ensuring they remain safe and organised.
• Carry out manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks effectively.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by cleaning and performing minor repairs.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
