We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support construction and maintenance projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• A proactive attitude towards health and safety regulations on-site.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

• Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment.
• Perform manual labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safety standards are met.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials from lorries or other vehicles.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
