JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support the efficient operation of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential; willingness to learn is key.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
  • A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices on site.
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is desirable.
  • Valid health and safety certification (e.g., CSCS card) is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided. We welcome applications from individuals who are eager to contribute positively to our team while gaining valuable experience in the industry.
