JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As a Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Flexibility to work different shifts is required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be flexible to work all shifts (day, afternoon, and night)
• Experience in a warehouse or palletizing environment is an asset
• Able to build and stack pallets safely and efficiently
• Familiarity with using pallet jacks, shrink wrap machines, and basic hand tools
• Ability to lift, move, and stack products repeatedly throughout the shift
• Must follow all health and safety protocols
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and in a team

• Perform general labour duties such as material handling
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist other departments as needed
• Carry out additional tasks as directed by the supervisor
