Latem industries is a manufacturing facility located on Struck Court in Cambridge Ontario. We clean and/or coat metal parts. We have several positions available for general labourers on the day shift. NO STUDENTS. THE APPLICANT MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK 6:30am-3pm MONDAY TO FRIDAY. References will be verified thru the reference companies HR department and thru your past manager or supervisor.
You must be physically fit and able to bend/lift repeatedly. It can be a hot work environment in the summer.

The duties include:

• Practicing safe work and following safety procedures
• Every day housekeeping
• Following customer specific instructions
• Loading and unloading of customer product - medium to heavy parts on a shot blasting line/machine
• Ensuring parts are sitting properly on tooling or machine
• Following visual aids
• Will be trained on crane use and possibly forklifts
• Final Inspection Procedures
• Check quality for visual defects
• Ensure parts are properly packaged in bins
