Job Title: General Laborer – Construction

Location: 1734 Winhara Road, Bracebridge, ON
Reports To: General Manager or designated supervisors

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Valid Ontario G Class Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract (required).
• Experience towing trailers (preferred). Training will be provided.
• Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or other physical labour roles is an asset but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. (required)
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and site safety practices. (required)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality. (required)
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. (required)

• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Perform general site maintenance and cleaning.
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
• Assist with setup and dismantling of temporary structures.
• Follow supervisor instructions to complete tasks efficiently.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet safety standards.
• Work with team members to meet project timelines.
• Tow trailers as required for site and equipment needs.
• Duties as assigned.
