We are looking for a reliable and motivated General Labourer to join our construction team. This is a hands-on position where you’ll support a wide range of on-site tasks to help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, safety-focused, and keen to contribute as part of a hardworking team.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
• Previous construction site experience preferred, but not essential
• Basic knowledge of tools and machinery is an advantage
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately
• Strong work ethic and good communication skills
• Eager to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed
• Valid CSCS Card required
• Full driving licence essential

• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment around the site
• Carry out general site clean-up and basic maintenance tasks
• Assist tradespeople (e.g. carpenters, bricklayers) with work area preparation and on-site support
• Safely operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision
• Always follow site safety protocols and wear the required PPE
• Immediately report any hazards or unsafe practices to supervisors
• Complete tasks as directed by site managers and supervisors
