Monopoly Cleaners Inc. is a growing, locally-owned exterior cleaning company specializing in house washing, gutter cleaning, gutter guard installation, window washing, and seasonal snow removal. We take pride in delivering professional, top-quality service to our residential and commercial clients.
We are seeking a motivated General Laborer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is detail-oriented, and can thrive in outdoor environments year-round. Full training will be provided — all we ask for is reliability, a great work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to and from the shop or job site
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
• No prior experience required — training will be provided (experience in construction, landscaping, or exterior cleaning is an asset)
• Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends during peak seasons

  Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week

• Perform exterior cleaning services, including:
• House washing using soft wash and pressure washing techniques
• Gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation
• Window washing (interior and exterior)
• Assist in seasonal services such as snow shoveling and ice management in the winter
• Safely handle equipment, ladders, and cleaning solutions according to training and company protocols
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment from vehicles and trailers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area on job sites and at the shop
• Provide friendly, professional interaction with clients when on-site
• Follow all safety guidelines and report any hazards or equipment issues to management
