Come grow with us…North American Stamping is expanding and looking to hire. We are looking for Production Associates to join our team! Hours of work are based on a rotating Days (7:00am – 3:30PM) and Afternoons (3:10pm – 11:40pm) schedule.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or GED
• 1-3 years previous manufacturing or production experience
• Capable of lifting up to 35lbs continually
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stand 8 hours a day
• Reliable transportation to get to work on a rotating shift schedule
• Ability to work shifts

• Pack parts in the proper container as noted on the master packing specification
• Wash parts per instructions
• Final visual audit inspection of all parts before they are put into stock or shipped
• Follows company safety policies, wear glasses and hearing protection
• Report all quality, production, and safety problems to the supervisor
• Available for overtime as required
• Suggest methods of improvement, (i.e. Continuous Improvement Plan)
• Re-work parts as per instructions
