As a General Labourer, you will get the chance to collaborate with our experienced tradesmen at diverse construction locations in and around Cardiff.

Main Duties:

• Assist tradesmen with various tasks such as carrying materials, loading and unloading equipment, and keeping work areas clean and organised.
• Prepare construction sites by clearing obstacles and hazards.
• Operate hand and power tools under the guidance of experienced tradesmen.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed.

Criteria:

• No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and collaborate with a team.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
