JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Own transport to get to site is essential

• Pay negotiable depending on experience

• Residential work so no CSCS required

• Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred but not essential.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy items.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety practices in a construction or industrial setting is advantageous.

Job Types: Temporary, Temp to perm
Pay: £12.58-£15.80 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cheltenham GL52: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
• Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as required.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project timelines are met.
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
