We are looking for a labourer to join our team for a project on a new build site in Gravesend, Kent installing rainscreen cladding.
This project has started with approximately 8 weeks remaining, with the possibility of continued work on our other projects nationwide if willing to travel.
We are a glazing and cladding contractor so a variety of work is available if you are willing to learn.
A valid CSCS card is essential.
The candidate must be competent and willing to work in a team with a strong work ethic. Full training will be provided to help you progress into a cladding fixer if commitment is shown.
Have basic tools and power tools.
Finally, MUST have good timekeeping skills (turn up on time every day)
Working hours 07.30am - 4.00pm (Monday-Friday)
Your role would be to take on tasks like loading out insulation and cladding to the correct areas, help measure and cut fibre cement boards precisely. Main responsibility is to be one step ahead of the cladding fixer to ensure you work efficiently as a team.
CIS tax deduction will be made from the day rate with weekly payments.
20% if registered, 30% if not.
We will require a valid national insurance number and UTR code to process payments.
