JOB DESCRIPTION

Coordinates with teammates and assists the team leads/managers to carry out activities as per the production processes of Diebec. Understands the importance of the activity/task undertaken in the manufacturing processes and supports the team leads/managers to ensure that set standards (quality) are achieved within the work area.

Rubber Installer

• Read and interpret technical parameters/ documentation, plan and organize work processes, identify necessary materials and tools.
• Perform tasks with due consideration to safety rules, accident prevention regulations and environmental protection stipulations.
• Apply professional knowledge & employability skills while performing the job and modification & maintenance work.
• Document the technical parameter related to the task undertaken.
• Able to work in a standing position and carry dies on the assigned table.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment, under stress and meet tight deadlines.
• Keep the workspace clean at all times.
• Supply the floor and arrange the materials in order.
• Process with programming files and rubbing the dies
• Able to operate and maintain the machine (the daily maintenance - ex: (changing blade))
• Empty the garbage.
• All other duties and tasks assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
