THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re seeking a General Labourer / Site Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll support carpenters, trades, and project managers, while taking ownership of job site quality, safety, and efficiency. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with a few years of hands-on construction experience who’s ready to take the next step toward leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 3–5 years of experience in residential construction or similar general labour roles.
· Strong work ethic, punctual, and a reliable team player.
· Personable, detail-oriented, and able to deliver excellent customer service.
· Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials and performing demanding tasks.
· Own transportation to jobsites across Calgary and surrounding areas.
· Own basic set of tools.
· Experience with site supervision or leadership tasks is an asset.

· Assist carpenters, tradespeople, and project managers on-site.
· Perform demolition, site preparation, and clean-up.
· Handle and organize materials in preparation for upcoming trades.
· Carry out basic framing, small drywall repairs, and other construction tasks.
· Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe, respectful worksite.
· Maintain site quality control and cleanliness across multiple projects.
