JOB DESCRIPTION

• Working in the packaging/shipping department of a very large Production Manufacturing facility / steel
• Banding steel coils for shipment and ensuring proper paperwork is present
• Wrapping skids
• May involve operating a forklift at some point (depending on skill set)
• General clean-up of facility as needed
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a High School Diploma
• Candidate should have experience in an industrial manufacturing and/or production environment
• Must be eager, punctual and a team player
• Should be mechanically inclined
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs +
• Forklift / overhead crane operation experience is an asset
• Ability to read a measuring tape a definitive asset
• Customer willing to train the right candidate
• Must be able to obtain a Police Clearance if hired
